How we handle the information you share with us, and how we treat photographs of children.
Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your child’s first name and age
- Whatever you choose to write in your message
- Confirmation that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian
We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity document numbers, or health information through this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to join the community, to administer your child’s place. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to any mailing list you have not asked for.
Children’s information
We ask for a child’s name and age only so that we can answer your enquiry sensibly — what we can offer differs a great deal between a two-year-old and a fourteen-year-old.
Only a parent or legal guardian should complete our enquiry form. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website, and we do not use any children’s information for advertising, profiling or tracking of any kind.
Photographs and video
We photograph community life, and we may use those photographs on this website or on our social media.
No child appears in any photograph or film we publish without a signed release from their parent or guardian. That consent is specific, it is recorded, and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us — we will remove the image from anything we control.
How your information is handled
Enquiries sent through the form on this site are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach us. We do not store enquiry data on this website itself.
Access to enquiries is limited to the people at LifeHub who need it in order to reply to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a place are deleted after twelve months.
Where a child joins the community, we keep their records for as long as they are with us, and for three years afterwards. Photo and video consent records are kept for as long as we hold the images they relate to.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you and your child
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave, including photo consent

Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Two parts of the site are loaded from other companies’ servers:
- Vimeo hosts the film on our home page. We have enabled Vimeo’s “do not track” setting, so Vimeo does not build a viewing profile from it, but your browser does still contact Vimeo in order to load the player.
- Google Maps shows our location on the contact page, and may set cookies of its own when that page is opened. If you would rather avoid this, use the written address instead of the map.
